Each set comes with 6 colour boards; white for dairy goods, green for fruit and salad, red for raw meat, yellow for cooked meat, brown for vegetables and blue for raw fish. Chopping mats are very hygienic as they can be easily washed and then rolled for any excess water to be drained.
